Our Refund & Cancellations Policy

Cancellations:

– Cancellations made 3 weeks or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

– Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

– Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable, as preparations and purchases are already in process.

Refunds:

– Since all food is freshly prepared and styled to order, we do not accept returns.

– If you are unsatisfied with your service or experience, please contact us within 24 hours of your event so we can review and address your concerns promptly.

Event Rescheduling:

– You may request to reschedule your event up to 7 days prior to the original date, subject to availability.

– Rescheduling less than 5 days before the event may incur an additional fee.
